If you factor your invoices, your finance company wants a schedule, not a pile of PDFs. Drop the invoices in, get the CSV with every customer matched to your own list, and upload it. Pay as you go, no subscription, nothing stored.

PDFs or photos of paper

Upload the PDF your accounts package produced or a photo of a paper invoice. Number, date, customer, net, VAT and total are read in seconds.

Customers matched to your list

Each invoice is matched against your own customer list, so the schedule carries the right debtor every time and the finance company does not bounce it back.

Nothing is kept

Invoices are processed in memory and never stored. You download the CSV; we keep nothing of the document.

Questions

Will my factoring company accept the CSV?

The CSV carries the fields an invoice finance schedule needs: invoice number, date, customer, net, VAT and total, with each customer matched to your own list. If your factor needs a particular layout, tell us and we will look at it.

Is there a subscription?

No. You buy £30 of credit and each invoice uses 10p. Top up again when it runs out.

What if an invoice cannot be read?

You are not charged. The 10p is returned to your credit.

Do I need the DespatchOS TMS?

No. Invoice Upload is a separate product and works on its own.
